I signed up with my email, got the free trial but didn't like their selection so I cancelled immediately. On my account I can see that I've cancelled the account and that I have 0 hours of listening, 0 downloaded books. Months later I find out I'm being charged monthly. FOR SOMETHING I CANCELLED, AND NEVER USE. I go on their website, something you have to do if you want to cancel this app. It says I've already cancelled my account. So what am I supposed to do? I call their customer service. The number automatically hangs up. Three times. They are unreachable. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Do NOT sign up for their free trial! It's impossible to cancel.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. Their customer service is terrible. Cancelling your account will be painful. I finally had to just call my bank and do it through them. Horrible. I lost over 100$. I had to open an investigation. Really cannot overemphasize how awful this was.
