I received the wrong handbag and I wrote an email explaining how I had received the incorrect item. Since the color I had originally ordered was no longer available, I was offered two options. I could either return the handbag for a full refund or be issued a partial refund. I opted for the full refund. My issue was very easily resolved.
Guys at opulate were very fast and very professional. Also, by far, the cheapest price online. Totally satisfied!
