“Great community, Awesome workout”

If you're looking for a gym to hide in a corner and struggle through you're workout don't bother with ILKB but if you're looking for a family to support you in your fitness journey this is the place for you. The instructors are wonderful and know you by name. Classes are a challenge but doable for anyone at any level. They'll work with you to make adaptations for the exercises you can't do... yet. Love it!
