I have tried contacting this company 6 times now over the course of a month as I did not intend to sign up for a subscription, but no one has responded to ANY of my emails. This company does not care about your "fitness journey" only the money in their pocket. I have used plenty of other apps before and have never had this experience. After turning to some of their social media platforms, I see that other people have been having the SAME experience! STEALING THEIR MONEY! DO NOT FALL FOR THE ADS, THIS COMPANY IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM AND NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!
