It's taken me nearly a full month and 4 angry emails to have them finally PROCESS AND SHIP the package. When I got fed up and told them to just cancel my order, that's when they finally decided to ship it out (Even when I told them explicitly to cancel the order). Terrible customer service somewhere in China. Do not buy from Metisu.
