Should be called "made only for the love of taking your money" I travelled on purpose from south Africa to buy their dress, got completely lost and asked for a little bit of compassion to not be charged for the fitting and to be rescheduled for the next day, even though I had emailed in advanced I was lost. They were not willing to show the slightest bit of sympathy and compassion for people. Zero empathy, zero cares given for their customers, especially tourists who don't know how to find their shop which even google maps can't take you to. Horrified at how little they care for you!
