I have contacted customer service twice regarding my Lean Shake 25 order that was not in a box when delivered. My last call was in the afternoon on 03/26/2021. The customer service representative didn't offer a satisfactory resolution; therefore, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me the supervisor's response would be the same as his. I told him I still wanted to speak with a supervisor. He placed me on hold for about 5 minutes then returned to the call and told me he was still working on getting a supervisor. He then asked if it would be okay if he placed me on hold for two minutes; I said yes. Once he returned to the call the third time he asked the previous question again, and I said yes, but the representative never returned to the call. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I disconnected the call. At this point it was obvious the representative never intended for me to speak with a supervisor. This is unprofessional and shameful.
