I had a highly frustrating experience with Fruugo.com. I ordered a juicer piece in October 2023, and they used a Malaysian company for delivery, which sent the completely wrong item. Despite providing strong evidence with pictures, they insisted it was correct. Moreover, I was charged twice for delivery - first during the order, and then upon delivery without any prior notice. The delivery cost exceeded the juicer piece's price. When I complained, Fruugo.com dragged the resolution, repeatedly requesting evidence from different agents. It's been four months, and the issue remains unresolved. I haven't received the correct product or a refund, leaving me unable to use my juicer. Avoid Fruugo.com at all costs.
