I ordered these trees previously and they did not come to life in the Spring. Customer Service was extremely helpful and issued me a certificate to use so I could order again.

I ordered from this company over the summer. It took several months for my items to come in. They were of poor quality and I didn't like them. I kept them because it seemed like their return process was complicated and expensive. Several months later they started sending me clothes I never ordered. I requested a return and they denied ever sending the clothing to me. When I provided all of the packaging photos from their company they refused the return saying I did order it. I've gone back and forth with them through email and they refuse to help me. I'm seriously considering reaching out to Attorney General for support. Total fraud company. Don't ever buy from them!
