Purchase a Shaw lapel ivory colored tux online for a upcoming wedding in November. When it was delivered the tux wasn't the color it appealed to look online. The lapel was suppose to be ivory but it was a champagne color which didn't match the wedding colors. I returned the tux within the 14 day period allotted on the return policy. I waited 7 to 10 business days to revived refund as stated in the return policy. I NEVER GOT A REFUND. I tried contacted by phone numerous times, the automated voicemail stated that the customer service hours are from 10a-2p Monday-Friday but when I called between those hours and still never got anyone on the phone. The only contact was through email. That sucks because I have to wait days for a response after sending several emails. STILL NO REFUND AND ITS BEEN 32 days.
I would highly recommended buying from another company.
