I regret to say, but I strongly advise against reaching out to this literary agency. Despite contacting almost all agents via email, we waited for several weeks with no response. Even after sending follow-up emails, we still did not receive a reply. When we attempted to reach them by telephone, there was no response, only voicemail. It appears that this agency lacks basic customer service and seems to prioritize established writers, showing little interest in new writers. It is disappointing that despite listing their emails on their website and claiming to be open to new authors, they do not seem to engage with potential new talent.
