I ordered flowers from them in the winter. In the middle of the night, they were delivered and left on the porch. By the time I found them in the morning they were frozen solid. The customer service department made me jump through all kinds of hoops. Finally, they just stopped responding. They asked for a picture of the frozen flowers to send to their lab for verification. Not sure how you further verify something is frozen, but that is the one that stumped them and stopped hearing back from them.
However, after that, I posted a review on Trustpilot. Another sham of a company. Bloomex had my review taken down from there as well even though I had provided documentation of my issues.
