I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I recently had with your company and would like to bring to your attention the issue encountered. I received my order#4750 yesterday(12/19) and there was 1 bracelet missing I ordered two and paid for two. Right away I emailed the yahoo address provided and no answer. So again I send another email in Spanish and again no response. As a client using your services for the first time this is horrible and unacceptable. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Since I haven't gotten any type of response from this company. I will reach out to my bank for a refund on the missing bracelet and refuse to give this company nothing but a one star. Actually you should get a "0" star. Your company needs to be more professional and provide great customer service to Clients. If I would have gotten some type of acknowledgment I would not be writing this review.
