Basically provided a default excuse blaming my order that is now nearly 2 weeks old on the seller not shipping my shoes for verification in the window they were supposed to ship it. No confirmation or communication of the delay until I had to email and chase for an update because this is obviously the practice at Flight Club. I was offered a $13.50 credit as if I would EVER shop at Flight Club again. I don't care if Flight Club has the only shoe I ever wanted in my life and my feet are bleeding from walking through the streets barefoot, they will never get another dime from me again and I will ensure as many sites as I can possibly review this transaction on will also know. Consumers are not supposed to be treated as victims and have to absorb the shortcomings of a vendor that falsely advertises timing for shipping at the time of purchase, but price-gauges to persuade the consumer to pay much more to get their merchandise in a reasonable time frame. Its all false advertisement and a scam backed by a NO CANCELLATION policy that binds the consumer to the transaction forever until Flight Club decides to produce the merchandise. Unacceptable.

BOUGHT OFF THE REGISTRY FOR MY NIECE, SHE GOT TWO OF SAME THING. SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, RECEIVED FED EX SLIP. FED EX SHOWS MERCHANDISE RECEIVED ON MAY5th 2020. TODAY IS AUGUST 13th 2020! MERCHANDISE WAS RETURNED 3 MONTHS AGO AND NO REFUND? PROMISES OF REFUNDS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ROBOT EMAIL AND ALL LIES! 3 HOUR WAIT TIMES ON THE CHAT? SCARSDALE STORE MANAGERS ARE COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL AND LOOK LIKE LIARS ABOUT CALLING BACK AND HELPING! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I googled Keurig brewer's and found a site that had them at a decent price. Unfortunately, lower than everyone else so I purchased from dabuyspace. Com using my PayPal. I knew something was wrong when the receipt said donecia Coleman rather than the the name on the site. Long story short, the item never came, the tracking number didn't work, and the USPS trscking number they gave said the package was delivered 10 days before the order. PayPal refuses to refund me and I have sent all the evidence. Be careful, I lost $64 and could have been so much more. #FPaypal #FDoneciacoleman #FDabuyspace.com
