I ordered 4 items as of 8/9/15 then received an email a week later after inquiring about my tracking number, i then was told 2 of my items where not in stock. It's now 8/19/15 and i still haven't received any of my items or a tracking number! I then requested to have a full refund I then was told i had to wait 7-10 business days. This was my first time ordering from Rosegal and most certainly my last time! Such a horrible experience, I ordered these items for my birthday 8/20! And it looks like i wont be receiving my items or my cash back before 8/20 SMDH! I WILL NOT recommend Rosegal to friend's or family!
