I've been working with Morton's on various projects for some years now and no matter the scenario, they are always knowledgeable and helpful... No matter who I talk to.
My customers unit was delivered damaged, dropped and repalleted on its side. Two replacement pieces were delivered from Canada on time. The touch up paint somehow is "held up" in customs, so they say, only to be delivered weeks from now. The company seems disorganized.
Tip for consumers: Get an agents name, number and email at the beginning. They are hard to get ahold of and do not return mesages.
