I booked a ticket through travelgenio it's been 2 days...
Where is my ticket?
Why your customer service is not responding to my emails?
I checked with the airline and they said they we don't have ticket confirmed with this booking I'd or name.
Amount has already deducted and I have not received my ticket yet. It's been 2 days already.
Please reply professionally and resolve my issue asap
