This is in regards to Order #*******. I live in student accommodation where parcels are signed for at reception and then put in a residential locker. On January 16th my order was supposedly delivered but it was never signed for by reception and I never received an email about it being placed in a locker. I have emailed Fashion Nova a screenshot from my student accommodation team confirming this. They are giving me the run around about waiting 72 hours, checking with neighbours, etc. and not taking my claim seriously. Mind you I was even going to include these clothes in a back to school haul as I am an influencer with over 100K followers. But instead I will be making a video on how this company scams customers - and if you look online this seems to be common practice for them. I am also planning to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau as Fashion Nova customer service has been useless throughout this all giving me no-help responses. Beware to anyone not to shop with them as in situations like these they are no help! I would give a 0 star if I could.
