I went on this website to look at vitamins. I showed interest and put items in the cart and was almost buying but before I did, a new vitamin which was more expensive popped up. I decided to log off and not order. Guess what, they submitted the order on the back end. They are freaking scammers. They took over $ 200. Been super upset. This business should not exist. I would give them a zero review.

Don't buy tickets and cancellation policy with justfly you will regret it. Never will I buy from this company. This company and their agents don't reveal all the information regarding cancelation of flights. It's a nightmare.
They changed my flight which would have made me have a layover of 16 hours (32 hours both ways) when I declined the new itinerary they suggested I could cancel. I accepted the cancelation thinking I would get all my money back, wrong! They withheld $433 of my cancellation protection fee when it was not my fault to make flight changes to my initial flight. I was referred to refundable me.com and they bounced me back to justfly. That's when they told me that the cancellation protection is not refundable after 14 days of booking a ticket. I asked the agents why this information was not shared with me as part of my decision making. I did not get answer. When I asked to see this "policy" I was told it was part of their internal policy. How $#*!ing convenient! Don't spend money with companies that scam customers and recreate policies to suit their needs.
