This includes manipulating their reviews, so don't believe Google Reviews or their "guarantees." There are hundreds of documented complaints against this company. Avoid them at all costs!

So many things that would have been helpful to know... Start by going to Ticket Master to ensure there are no tickets there. Don't believe the "guarantees" even if you buy the insurance. Go look up the hundreds of complaints documented online before using this company, etc.
