As an LG Customer having used several products made by LG, we have been upset after encountering a problem with our Dish Washer (F14A7F0... model). Although we do not use intensively our Dish Washer (there are only 2 person in our home), we observed lots of molds on the shelves of the machine after a rarely usage for 3 years. On the other hand my friends who use different brands i. E. Arçelik, Beko, Bosch have never encountered such a kind of problems with their machines after at least 8-10 years usage. We first contact local LG Customer Services but they do not help as the warranty is expired. However, this problem is originated from the fabrication and such a kind of problems are normally taken into account in a different manner even if the product is a shoe. But for LG, it is not valid even if there is a manufacturing problem.
In addition to this, there is a more serious problem with LG Customer Global Services. Although I have informed HP Customer Services by using all of the possible contact ways and addresses on their web site i. E. *******@lge.com, *******@lge.com, *******@lge.com, *******@lge.com, *******@lge.com, *******@lge.com, I have not received any reply from none of them for 45 days. That is really terrible for a Global brand not having a Customer Services that has capabilities to reply messages for 45 days. So, we are really upset and do not think to buy any LG product anymore!..
