I have purchased thousands of dollars from Auto Anything so I decided to purchase from them when I needed items for my new truck. What a mistake. They sent the wrong product and it took several phone calls from me to finally get the refund I deserved. Their customer service stay is horrible. They have a hard time understanding English and when they do, they get it wrong. Moreover, they took no initiative to help me. I had to lead them by the hand in order to get a refund. Totally unacceptable.

This is certainly not a typical AutoAnything experience, and I apologize again for the frustration and inconvenience experienced. As many items are shipped direct from their respective manufacturer, we do have to work with them directly in the case of any warehousing error.
