I placed an order through this platform ManoMano - Order M*******850 - where i received a lamborghini for my 4 year old son, on his birthday we opened his gift only to realise that the rear light in car purchased for £179.99 was not working
I contacted mano mano customer service - and their customer service advisor johny, was very apologetic
He advised that the seller will be in touch to resolve the matter
It was 1 email a day for a response from both mano mano and the seller, which was very poor in my eyes
Here i have a 4 year old son who cant ride his birthday gift.because we were worried the item could be damaged and the seller would refuse a replacement.
After 1 week of engagement finally came to a resolution that a replacement car will be sent and they will pick up the faulty car
I took a day off work only to be let down,as the courier didnt come
Finally the next day the courier came after numerous calls from myself which i sent a screen shot to johny
He could only apologise and when i requested for compensation for my troubles, i was offered £10 voucher which can only be used on their website.i have lost all confidence with them and he said thats the final offer and the matter is closed
Even though i requested for my complaint to be passed to a manager.this request was declined

Please dont use their services
