Do NOT waste your time! After completing a 20 min survey, you might get $1. (Minimum wage is Over $7 an hr.) $2 or $3 an hour is ridiculous. Another massive problem is that you can't choose which surveys to do. It only shows that you have "4 surveys available", but if you click on it, it automatically takes you to the first one. Plus, you have NO concept of how long it's going to be before you start. Have 10 min. Only before you have to leave? Better not take a survey, it could be 20 minutes. They really should organize it better. Give me an option to skip surveys that aren't going to be worth my time. 8 min survey for $0.10? I'd pass on that one. (That's less than $1 an hour for work) But, NOPE! You CAN'T pass any. It throws you in automatically. Horrible. INSANELY HORRIBLE!
Tip for consumers:
There is no refund to get, because you aren't purchasing anything. They will pay you to take a survey. The problems are that they first pay extremely LOW for the amount of time you have to invest, and they also do not show you what surveys are available for you, or allow you to skip or even have knowledge of how long the survey takes, or how much you're going to be paid, BEFORE you start.
