I used to love ThredUp, purchased from them often, and spread the word about their company. I sent in my first bag of clothes and got a decent payment for the items I sent. A few months later I sent another large bag of designer clothes, many never worn and and some brand new with tags. I received a miniscule payment and most of my items were not "considered worthy" to their liking, although I know they were in perfect condition and in style. I began researching the company and found many bad reviews including those on the Better Business Bureau website. It seems they may not be completely honest in their payouts and though I can't confirm this I prefer not to buy or sell to them any more.
