The sales Man, Rabih, in le mall Dbayeh - Lebanon, refused to exchange a small item at 41 USD, that was a gift from secret santa. He shouted and screamed and objected in front of all the custumers... Unfortunately this is NOT a respectful behavior towards very kind clients.
