I ordered my item beginning of December 2023, and I still did not received it. This company customer service is terrible, and AM trucking they work with to deliver merchandise is the worse… they are giving me wrong information, and running me in circle. This is the worst experience. I already paid them, and not having my order after over 3 1/2 months… please, please do not buy anything from this company. You will be in my situation for sure… they are absolutely terrible. Even they did not deliver my order. They send me email that if merchandise is damaged. I am not allowed to reject it! What kind of company will treat the customer like this except " the classy home" I am very upset, worry that my money is gone, and still waiting to maybe see a light at end of the tunnel before I claim an action against them.
