I recently spent £423.55 and paid £40 for delivery. I had to wait 2 and a half weeks for the delivery (not by choice) and when it came only 4 out of the 12 items I had purchased were delivered. I asked the driver and he told me those 4 were the only boxes he had for me.

I immediately contacted Muji through their online Contact Us form (twice) as there is no phone number available to customers in the UK. No response and no automatic acknowledgment of receipt of my complaint after having submitted it.

I contacted them by direct message through Twitter. No response.

I phoned one of the London stores to ask for further contact details. I was given two email addresses where I sent my complaint but they both bounced back. Wrong or non-existent email addresses provided.

I have contacted the European email address as well as nobody responds in the UK. Awaiting a response.

At no point has there been any communication whatsoever from Muji since I placed the order. No updates regarding timing of my delivery or whether there was a delay with some items nor if my products would be delivered in split deliveries. Absolutely diabolical service and they charge an extortionate £40 to not deliver your items! Last time and let this be a warning to anyone considering placing an order through their UK website.

Tip for consumers:
I believe the way Muji operates in the UK is in breach of consumer law
