This is terrible. I purchased an item(s) on Sept 5 for $129.99. All seemed well until a charge for $49.99 for the months following (Oct.4, Nov 3) I NEVER agreed to this "subscription" or whatever you call it. I have called and emailed the company no less than 6-7 times. When someone does answer the phone I have been assure that these charges will be refunded to my original form of payment. NOTHING has happened except more charges. I am in contact with the BBB of AZ as well as the Attorney General of AZ. This is fraud and I am willing to go as far as I have to to resolve this.

Tip for consumers:
Any suggestions/help I can get with this would be so appreciated. Thanks for listening.

Products used:
The ones I ordered. It is the “subscription fee” that followed I was not made aware of or I would have NEVER made a purchase. I cannot get any resolution (refund $49.99 x 2 months) they have told me it would be taken care of after the 1st and 2nd charges on Oct. 4 and Nov 3. The website has some questionable links, etc… I just need them to stop and refund the $99.98!
