I was told I could get $10 off my order with the code DIS10OFF but tried many times to apply it and redeem it on the order page but it didn't work. Tried emailing Zellow and didn't get a very satisfactory response see below

I tried to apply this code in the voucher box several times on the checkout page but it did not work.

Response from Zellow was as follows. 4 words!

(cannot make out anything from the picture) and then this from Zellow
"Please check the photo the highlight" in another email.
So the issue is unresolved and I couldn't apply my discount on the order page.
Also I chose the Zellow sofa bed because it seemed affordable and what I was looking for. However when I went to pay for it I saw that they had tacked on an extra $176 for delivery and $58 for delivery taking the price of the sofa up to near $700 which didn't seem so cheap or affordable any more. That's when I emailed Zellow asking if this was the correct price and if it was really so expensive for delivery. They emailed back offering a $10 discount but in the end it was impossible to apply that on the website shopping cart order page. Disappointed. Natalia *******734
