I've been a KRMA customer for many years, because I've always loved their styles. I've never had any horrible experiences, but their customer service have not been the best. Ever since the website relaunched with new owners I've never had a better customer service, it's like having a personal relationship with the girls working there. They reply to my emails fast, they give me a personal shopping experience through the live chat and they were very flexible when I ordered the wrong dress and needed to do an exchange. I'm so happy they relaunched and as a long time customer I have never been more pleased with the customer service.
