Their policies, such as return and cancellation are archaic. $10 restocking fee? Seriously?! And when some if their sale items didn't ring in correctly, they refused to fix the error because I had used a coupon. Why should that impact a sale? So, don't let the coupon apply to the sale, fine, but still honor your sale. Then, after applying their email coupon, they auto prompted me to use the idme coupon. They only allow one coupon to be applied and took the lesser of the two. NONE of this was warned about! Their customer service was terrible! After 30+ minutes on hold nothing had been resolved. Do NOT purchase from this company. They're clearly not doing well since they had to close all their retail stores and can't even afford to pay for returns.
