Paying $13 for "expedited shipping" on an in stock item that takes 3 to 4 weeks to get to the destination is unacceptable. Especially for a gift. I see from research after my purchase that I am not the only customer to experience this. The completely inoperable "24/7 live chat" is a joke to make this look like a responsive company. This was my first and will be my last purchase from NewChic. Buyers Beware!
