We found a driver thru Shiply... that was easy enough but the driver was entirely dishonest... after pickup demanded to increase the cost of delivery. Then delivery did not occur. Throughout I contacted Shiply and I received a couple of nice email replies that told me that the driver was violating the policies but that was it. They never offered to contact the driver or make my blown delivery right. I am now out $1,500 and have damaged goods.
