I bought a tablet from daraz but the seller sent me defective product so I returned within 15 days as per return policy but they denied refund and told me to contact seller directly to claim warranty. Many customers mentioned the same defect in the tablet so I couldn't trust the seller. While daraz id not even willing to arrange exchange for me
