Run Away! I will NEVER use this service again. I was charged $174 for two tickets. I finally got the tickets and the price printed on each ticket is $47.50. I placed the order on May 27 and never received a confirmation, or tickets. Finally called as the show is tomorrow. It took 30 minutes for the guy to first lie to me and say he had sent the tickets this morning, yeah right, and then actually send them to me. I am horrified. They are lawn seats. The show isn't even sold out. Ripped off!
Tip for consumers:
It is my belief they were not going to send me the link to the tickets and instead resell them to someone else. I told them I wanted to cancel the order as I never got a confirmation, had no order number and no tickets. The link I received at the time of the ticket purchase went nowhere. Got a 404 message. Horrific service.
