They did not fulfill my order correctly and responded with
"Unfortunately, we can no longer process replacements as of the moment since we're still catching up with the back orders."
I ordered a "large" and they sent a "medium." I even offered to take an XL, if they had that. I'm not asking for a replacement, I'm asking for the correct order. Loot Crate refused to send my correct order because they're busy not fulfilling other people's order if you look at their Better Business Bureau page.
