After purchasing an Apple watch for my mom from their site it took me some time to have it set up for her as I made the purchase a month in advance. When I finally tried to set it up for her it had been locked to someone else iCloud account. When I requested help from their customer support I was met with ' Your 30-day warranty has expired". The watch powers up and charges no physical damage it's just locked to someone's account and you would sell me a product that now shows up as lost or stolen. This level of dishonesty is criminal.
