Returned the watch (on April10th AM) that shipped to me without diamond certificate but until now still have not heard about my refund process. Have been emailed twice. Please help.
Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. There was indeed a human error on this shipment in which we didn't include the original diamond certificate papers in the box when it was shipped. As soon as we were contacted we offered to overnight the matching diamond authentication paperwork to the customer, but they instead requested to return the item. We provided them with a paid return label and the order was refunded as soon as we received the item back.
This order was fully refunded within 48 hours of receiving the watch back, we hope you will consider adjusting your review and giving us another chance in the future!
