They take your money with exceptional service and then the experience changes. They forget about you and eventually submit something far too late. Numerous international calls begging them and pleading with them to submit an application (you essentially have to do yourself) they had been sitting on for 30 days did not do the trick. They submitted the application outside of the time frame they are aware it takes to process a visa. They openly admitted it takes 15 working days and submitted mine with 9. They ADMIT THAT. They still find no fault in their service. Having sat on the few questions and docs that I submitted 30 days prior they submitted word for word. So I paid GPB300 for essentially a service that ensure I had no chance of getting a visa. Basically a fraudulent service that doesn't give a damn about its clients. They never showed me, as their client, one sign over the process that they cared whether I get a visa or not. They just want your initial upfront payment.
