Terrible customer service. I paid for a signed-for delivery and the delivery was made, but left on the doorstep. Another courier (who was supposed to collect a parcel from next door), then mistakenly took it. It was subsequently lost. The law states that packages are only considered delivered once they are in the possession of the customer. The contract between myself and Newitts is entirely separate to their contract with FedEx, who claim it was signed for (by me, whilst I was at work! Plus I've sent video evidence to Newitts proving that this didn't happen). They don't care. Their default position seems to be 'the customer is lying'. Small claims court here we come
