Avoid this place like the plaque! Poor customer service with conflicting stories about returning a defective speaker or the whole system because the speaker isn't in stock! Probably because the speakers aren't any good in the first place! I was lied to from not one but two customer service agents, and then was told I wasn't lied to! That's when I decided not to return anything or wait for a new speaker! I literally had to tell them to stop emailing me and told the company to go kick rocks. I also told them to take me out of their system completely for I don't want anything else to do with their company anymore. Seems like the company needs to retrain the people they employ, for a better experience atleast for me anyways! Also they want to charge you for anything missing from the original box even down to the manual if it not in the return box! I say this again avoid this place like the plaque!
