I purchased a 'new' Samsung Galaxy A3 from Aliexpress. The phone failed on the first software auto update the day after delivery. I sent the phone to Samsung UK for repair and Samsung advised that the phone was a fake. A copy of their report was sent to Alliexpress for proof. Aliexpress agreed to refund my purchase price and return delivery cost if I returned the phone using registered mail.
Upon receipt of the returned phone Alliexpress did not refund the full purchase price nor any of the delivery cost. By the time all of this was completed the opportunity to leave negative feedback on their website had been withdrawn. I have repeatedly tried contacting Alliexpress for a solution but they do not answer any of my messages. To suggest that they are no different to Ebay or Amazon is a joke. You have been warned DO NOT USE THEM.
