Since trust pilot doesn't allow me to flag NeoKyo's comments, and allows them to flag all of mine, I'm posting this everywhere else as well.
I paid to have this item shipped twice. Once to NeoKyo's warehouse, and once to have it shipped to Japan Post dispatch, where it has sat for the last 12 days. Apparently it's going to sit there indefinitely, because they tell me to contact NeoKyo who refuses to do anything, or even admit it's still in dispatch. It's been over a month since I ordered the item, and it will probably be another one before I ever get it (if I ever get it). Their customer service is useless. Especially Yann who is both useless and constantly rude. He doesn't appreciate it when you're rude back to him, and refers to questions about your order as "complaining". Don't bother trying to get a refund either. They won't give it to you.
(Update. My package finally arrived 1 months and 11 days after ordering it. There was barely any packaging in it, and according to the USPS staff, it wasn't insured, despite Yann saying they took longer to package it so they could insure it for international shipment.
I'd also like to point out that those emails referenced on their rebuttal are both edited out of context, and taken after a month had already passed, and they continually lied about every step of the delivery process. In addition I only spoke to them that way, because they were rude and dishonest to me from the first email. If they're backed up that much maybe they should try hiring more than one employee. Better yet don't run off all your help as bad managers like Yann often do. Also try to learn actual customer service skills before you tell other people who to talk to other people.)
