“My 80yr old client was taken advantage of by Supply House. He is now out $1400 and has an UNUSABLE p”

This company shipped my client a totally damaged product. They then sent the incorrect item which is also unusable. They will not return the item and only say "sorry there is just nothing we can do". So they sell unusable goods and will not stand behind them. They have scammed my elderly client could not care less. They should close their doors and never return to the space.
