“Shakti Gupta's FIR copy filed in Goa rape case”

Above is the First Information Report (FIR) which was lodged against Shakti Gupta at Anjuna Police Station, North Goa under Section 341,376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Shakti Gupta(Insta:@shakti*******), a serial offender from South Delhi was apprehended on Monday by the Anjuna police personnel in Goa. Shakti has been remanded in police custody after being charged of raping a minor in North Goa.

The accused, Shakti Gupta has several narcotics offences and other criminal cases on his record and has been suspected of hiding in Goa, away from the Delhi police radar. According to officials, Shakti Gupta is a notorious serial criminal from South Delhi and had moved to Goa few years back.

“Alleged serial offender- Shakti Gupta arrested by Goa police”

Shakti Gupta, a serial offender from South Delhi was arrested on Monday by the Anjuna police officials in Goa. On charges of raping a minor from Mumbai, Shakti has been sent to police custody by the local court.

With several drug offences and other criminal cases on his record, the accused, Shakti Gupta is suspected to have been hiding in Goa away from the Delhi police's radar. According to officials, Shakti Gupta is a notorious serial criminal from South Delhi and had moved to Goa few years back.

It is a shame that Goa which is known as the sunshine state of India and perhaps one of the most-safest destinations across the country has now become a hideout spot for drug offenders and criminals like Shakti Gupta.

In the past, the Delhi police had arrested Gupta from a luxury hotel in Delhi for allegedly operating a sex racket. He was charged under sections of human trafficking along with the POCSO act. Shakti Gupta has also been charged on drug offences, criminal intimidation, and several other cases in Delhi and has been since in hiding.

After the minor rape victim from Mumbai who was lured by Gupta reported about the rape case, Shakti Gupta was finally arrested by the Anjuna Police and put behind bars. Shakti Gupta is also a member of a large drug syndicate that runs in Goa which provides contraband to the party-goers in the beach city.
