Too bad we can't put 0 star because this is what Bill and Ontario Van Lines deserve. I can only confirm what I have been reading in many recent comments...
Unfortunately, we choose OVL to move our life from Toronto to Calgary end of June. We explicitly required a single move (everything loaded in 1 truck on our home and unloaded in our new home) - It was in our contract. Our stuff ended being moved around and arriving in 2 shipments 1 month apart, 1 chair missing and pretty much every piece of furniture more or less damaged.
Plus the crew on arrival had damaged our new house too (walls and flooring). My favorite was also when the crew had to reassemble our furniture, they didn't have any tool...

Bill has been lying to us all the way:
"Truck having to deliver stuff in Vancouver and Edmonton before us" > not joke here, Bill told me our stuff was in the back of the truck and it was easier to go to Vancouver first...
"Truck having mechanical issue"
"Truck being pulled over by police because of overweight"
"Driver being sick"...
Everything you can imagine, be sure Bill will mention it.
We we finally received the rest of our stuff, I ask driver and of course, he had never been to Vancouver prior delivering us...

After that, we have been following up to request insurance claim for missing chairs and damages for months... I had provided, pics, invoices, everything Bill asked for... but only to receive:
"It's taking a long time"
"I'm not in the office"
"I'll get back to you tomorrow"
Finally Bill the crook is now ghosting me (no surprise here, I have read similar behaviour from other reviews). Bill had told me over the phone that "He would have everything fixed because he was a man of his word". I hoped it would eventually happen, but I was just dreaming (I was reading reviews and loosing confidence). I confronted him about these recent reviews, but never his fault, always customers to blame...
So, I am now posting my terrible experience with this horrible company so hopefully not other people will be facing such poor service and horrible customer service with Bill...
