I ordered a single item from this shop. A whole week elapsed with no communication besides "order received". Then when I inquired about what was taking so long, they tell me the item I ordered is out of stock! They couldn't be bothered to tell me this though; I didn't find out until I contacted them! There was ZERO communication on their part; still waiting for a refund.

Tried to order a navel ring, but it was out of stock and they didn't bother to inform me until I emailed them asking where my order was.
