I have been trying to process a return for over a month. Immediately upon receiving the product, I reached out to process the return. The replies have been, we are sorry you were disappointed with your product, please contact us if you would like to return. I have reached out numerous times through email and over Facebook. Banggood is terrible, do not buy from them
