I ordered a gazebo for next day delivery. The order was processed the day after I made it, for deliver the following day. I did not receive a tracking email, so called. I was told "bad news" that the courier firm had sent the product to the wrong depot. I was given the courier firms number and told to call them to see if I could sort it out. I made that call - the courier said there was firm in the middle that hadn't sent them the right message. I called Garden-camping back and was told, again, that it was with the courier at the wrong depot. I explained what the courier had told me and got a "not our problem" response. In short, absolutely zero interest in any degree of customer service - they weren't even willing to call the courier themselves to see where the issue was. I cancelled the order.
